OUR FOUNDER
Stephanie Crawford
I always knew my calling was to be a teacher. Growing up, I had amazing role models who showed me that with compassion, perseverance and innate curiosity - the world was full of endless possibilities. I went on to pursue a career in education, getting my Bachelor's in Elementary Ed, and my Master's in Early Childhood and Special Ed.

I began working in schools in 2007, and have worked in 4 different states across my career. I worked closely with families as they began their special education journey, through early intervention, first IEPs, and obtaining appropriate services for their child to succeed. In 2016, I took a year away from the classroom to travel the world, exploring different cultures and ways of teaching children. Upon my return, I started mentoring student teachers and found joy in helping fellow educators. I began Superbloom Education Consultant in 2023 so I could continue to impact the field of education on a greater scale.

I've sat through my fair share of professional development trainings that left me feeling overlooked and wanting more. I believe that educators want to be heard, and appreciated for their talents. They want more than just a "click through" training that doesn't translate to their classroom experience.

That's why, at Superbloom, we focus on cultivated trainings that value the talents of teachers, and aim to provide meaningful and accessible trainings that reflect your knowledge. Our trainings are hosted in your classroom with built-in time to work through the content as it relates to you and your students. Lastly, we provide on-going support as you implement the content so as you grow, we're right by your side to help.
